1. Availability of International Shipping

We offer international shipping for our handicrafts, furniture, and wooden temples to a select number of countries. Due to the complexities of international logistics, some products may not be available for international shipment. Please contact us at international@jaifurniture.com to confirm if we can ship to your country and if your desired product is eligible for international delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All international orders are handcrafted and made-to-order. Please allow a processing and manufacturing time of 15-30 business days for your order before it is ready for shipment.
  • This timeframe can vary depending on the size and complexity of the product, such as large wooden temples. We will provide a more precise estimate after your order is confirmed.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer two primary modes of international shipping:

  • Air Freight: This is the fastest option, recommended for smaller and less bulky items. It provides door-to-door delivery.
  • Sea Freight: This is a cost-effective option for large furniture and heavy items like wooden temples. Delivery is typically to the nearest major sea port in your country. You will be responsible for arranging transportation from the port to your final destination.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product’s weight, dimensions, and the destination country. These costs will be provided to you in a custom quote after you contact us with your order details.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • The price of our products does not include any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by the destination country’s government.
  • The recipient is solely responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and handling fees levied upon the package’s arrival in their country.
  • These fees vary widely by country and product type. We strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office to determine the applicable charges before placing an order. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being held, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities, and we will not be able to issue a refund.

5. Required Documentation

To ensure smooth customs clearance, we will provide all necessary export documentation from our end, including:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading (for sea freight) or Airway Bill (for air freight)
  • Fumigation Certificate (for wooden items, if required by the destination country)

You may be required to present these documents to your local customs office to clear the package.

6. Delivery and Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary significantly depending on the shipping method, customs clearance procedures, and your location.
    • Air Freight: Estimated delivery of 7-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Sea Freight: Estimated delivery of 30-60 days after dispatch.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or other logistical issues.

7. Damages and Returns

  • Due to the high cost and complexity of international shipping, all international sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for international orders once they have been processed and shipped.
  • If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@jaifurniture.com with clear photos and a description of the damage. We will review the case and work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a partial refund or replacement of the damaged parts.
