1. Shipping and Delivery
We are committed to delivering your products in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. We ship our products all over India.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving full payment.
- Please note that order processing may take longer for large, custom, or made-to-order items, such as large wooden temples. The estimated processing time for such items will be specified in the product description.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- The shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
- We use reliable courier partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your items.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Handicrafts and Small Furniture: 5-10 business days.
- Large Furniture and Wooden Temples: 10-20 business days.
- Please note that these are estimated delivery times. We are not liable for any delays that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as courier delays, public holidays, or natural calamities.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our courier partner’s website.
5. Shipping Address and Damaged Packages
- We ship to the address provided by you at the time of checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept it from the courier. In case you have already accepted the package, please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately and contact us at support@jaifurniture.com within 48 hours of delivery. 6. Liability
- Once the products have been dispatched, the liability for any loss or damage passes to the courier partner.
- While we will assist you in resolving any issues with the courier, we are not directly responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the products during transit.
