Thank you for shopping with jaifurniture.com. We take pride in our handcrafted furniture, handicrafts, and especially our wooden temples, and we hope you are delighted with your purchase.
Please read our policy carefully to understand your options regarding returns and refunds.
1. Our Policy
Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, the product not meeting your expectations, or minor variations in color, grain, or finish, as these are inherent characteristics of handmade and natural wood products.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
While we take great care in packaging and shipping our products, we understand that damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photographs or a short video of the damaged area(s) and the original packaging.
- Send an email to our customer support team at support@jaifurniture.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the damage or defect.
- The photos or video you took.
Once we receive your email, we will assess the situation and, if the claim is approved, we will provide you with a resolution. This may include:
- Replacing the damaged part(s) of the product.
- Sending a replacement of the entire product.
- Offering a store credit.
- Issuing a refund to your original payment method.
The resolution will be determined at our sole discretion based on the nature and extent of the damage.
3. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@jaifurniture.com with your order number. If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
4. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
